Our secure online portal gives you the freedom to be more involved in your own health decisions in a convenient way. The MyUCDavisHealth app allows you to use your existing MyChart account to manage your health information and communicate with your doctor and care team from any mobile device. The health-management app allows you to: Communicate with your care team Review test results, medications, immunization history, and more Manage your appointments View and pay your medical bills Access your family’s health information The MyUCDavisHealth app also allows you to integrate self-tracking programs like Google Fit into your medical record. You can upload health and fitness data such as activity level, nutrition, sleep patterns and more.
