Set your desired work area, and then get notified when shifts are posted in your area. Make a counteroffer (now available for rate & time) or accept shifts that work for you. Show up, do what you do best, rate and review the office, and then get paid via direct deposit in 2-3 business days. After confirmation is made, you can contact the professional with any relevant shift details prior to their arrival. Prior to the shift, we’ll hold the provider pay and our fee (22.5% of pay for RDHs or $60 for assistants) until you confirm the hours worked. After the shift, confirm the hours, rate and review the professional, and then we’ll process the payment.
