Dit is het nieuwe Binnenvaartpolitiereglement BPR, nieuwe editie. Overzichtelijk en compleet. Het Binnenvaartpolitiereglement bevat de verkeersregels voor veruit het grootste deel van het Nederlandse binnenwater en is verplicht voor vrijwel iedere watersporter en professionele watergebruiker. In plaats van een boekwerk kunt u nu ook deze BPR app op uw smartphone of tablet meenemen, veel handiger! √ U kunt het hele BPR op steekwoorden doorzoeken, óók op delen van een woord en in woordcombinaties. Daardoor is ook het zoeken van informatie voor uw Vaarbewijs een stuk gemakkelijker geworden. √ De app heeft géén internetverbinding nodig. √ Als u op het water bent: hoe zit het ook alweer met die éne voorrangsregel, of wat betekent die betonning precies? Met deze app weet u het veel sneller dan wanneer u moet gaan bladeren. √ De weergave is helemaal aangepast aan het beeld van uw telefoon, we hebben een helder lettertype gebruikt, een snel menusysteem en een logische structuur toegepast. √ Deze app is geschikt voor zowel uw telefoon als tablet (u hoeft dus slechts eenmaal te betalen) Het Binnenvaartpolitiereglement is verplicht aan boord In het werkingsgebied van het reglement moet elk schip een bijgewerkt exemplaar van het geldige BPR aan boord hebben. Dat kan op papier, maar mag ook deze app zijn, omdat artikel 1.11 in het binnenvaart politie reglement stelt: "Een exemplaar dat via een elektronisch middel op ieder moment geraadpleegd kan worden is eveneens toegestaan." LET OP: Uitgezonderd van deze verplichting zijn grote schepen zonder bemanningsverblijf en kleine open schepen. Maar het blijft natuurlijk handig (en verstandig!) om de regels op het water te kennen en na te kunnen slaan.
