Whether you are on a pager and need to be in and out of the gym in 45 minutes, preparing to start you military career or you’re training to attend selection and become a member of a Tier 1 Unit, you will have access to all programmes on the STOIC App. You can track your progress using our traffic light assessment criteria based on individual performance metrics taken from a decade of statistics ensuring you have confidence when you’re physically prepared to undertake a specific course or where you stand from a health and longevity perspective. The app also provides daily individualised mobility flows, demo videos guiding you through every training session and providing coaching cues for each exercise.
