We harnessed the power of various AI technologies to help you accomplish your goals by making it easy to form new habits. We do this by removing the pain of observing what you eat. HOW IT WORKS All you need to do is tell us what you eat by sending us a message with either speech or text. Simple messages like, “For breakfast, I had egg, bacon, toast with butter, and coffee.” Amanda, your AI companion, will respond with messages of encouragement, confirmation, and fun facts.
