Safeway Minnesota Permit Test app analytics for March 24

This FREE app is a must-have for MN drivers’ education students preparing to take the Permit Test. Don’t be fooled by other “Minnesota” apps that teach you to file a crash report in California (why?) or to parallel park within 18” of the curb (not).
