Work tracker application is used to create a work schedule, register your own or your employees' work hours and manage employee leave (including overtime). It contains modern solutions that allow you to forget about a pile of paper documents, which makes work easier and more efficient. Work tracker contains 3 main modules. You can handle individual modules yourself or delegate your employees to do so by giving them the appropriate permissions. 1. Timesheet. Timesheet module allows you to register your own or your employees' work hours. Thanks to the timesheet module you can also use a Smartphone or Tablet as a Work log Recorder, leave work tracker application turned on at the entrance to the workplace. Communication between devices takes place using the NFC module. To start and end work hours, the employee will have to bring their phone close to it. You will be able to view all work logs in real time on your smartphone. Work tracker will generate work log reports of registered work hours for you, including: - timesheet - work log - overtime (unpaid overtime and paid overtime) - unpaid breaks - estimated salary including overtime Timesheet module allows you to export all work logs regarding work time registration to an Excel file. 2. Employee scheduling Employee scheduling module allows you to easily create and edit a work schedule. Thank to employee scheduling module you will be able to see a daily summary in the work schedule and a monthly summary for the worker, including: - number of individual shifts in the work schedule - number of individual days off from work in the work schedule - estimated salary of the worker in the work schedule The work schedule will be available in the application for all employees who have the application, for others it is possible to generate a pdf file with the work schedule and send it to workers or print it. If changes are made to the work schedule for an worker, they will be automatically informed via system notifications. You can manage the employee scheduling module yourself or delegate another person to do so. 3. Leave management Thanks to this module, workers will be able to send leave requests from the application. When an worker sends a request for leave, every authorized person to operate the leave management module will be automatically informed via system notifications. After considering the request for leave, the worker will also be informed of the decision made. You will have insight into all of your employees' taken and planned leave days. Employees will be able to see their vacations in the employee scheduling module. Thanks to Work tracker application, you will streamline team work.
