We automatically sync your devices incl. Fitbit and Oura Ring to identify your existing Healthy Habits. Everything from getting 10,000 steps and 7 hours of sleep to intermittent fasting and different kinds of workouts. We score each Habit based on frequency, with daily being the highest level. DAILY RECOMMENDATIONS
Zilla analyzes your workouts stored from fitness apps or wearable devices (Fitbit and Oura Ring), and recommends what activities are the best today given your Stress Score. Is today a great day for a run, or an intense gym workout? Maybe best to just go for a walk.
