Daily Movement is a new 15-minute session each day, combining gentle yoga-inspired movement, a short strength sequence, and a grounding ending with stretching, breath, and stillness. Meditation Begin with The Fundamentals — seven guided meditations that teach the foundations of meditation and how to live mindfully. Continue with The Meditation Journey, a series of 30 sessions exploring how to grow in wisdom and compassion.
