* Evergreen PURE360™: Our digital home inspection report provides a constant source of information for members to better understand the “health” of their homes and other potential risks as they approach. Through customized alerts, members will be informed when systems in their home (i.e. water heater) are near the end of their useful life or are recalled, helping to reduce the chance of a claim.
* PURE Advice Dashboard: Amplifying the best advice of your independent advisors, the PURE Advice Dashboard is a personalized tool, using insights from our experience and data, to identify coverage gaps and policy savings opportunities to help members make more informed decisions about their insurance.
* PURE Home Spotlight: Leveraging our massive data library, PURE Home Spotlight gives members access to important risk information on homes for sale including historical details on construction permits, prior insurance claims, property-specific risks like flood and wildfire, and an early indication of its insurability with PURE.
* Subscriber Savings Account (SSA): As a member-owned (policyholder-owned) insurance company, PURE may allocate a portion of its total capital to individual members through SSAs. Since inception, PURE has allocated over $100M back to the membership. After 10 years, members begin to receive cash distributions from these accounts (That’s PURE Gold!). Based on the success of the year, we anticipate payments up to 20% of their SSA balance.
