Created by parents, for parents, caregivers, and kids, Brightline’s experts are here to support your child’s mental health challenges like ADHD, worries, sadness, and self-esteem. We can help you and your children navigate transitions, difficult behaviors, and dynamics at every age and stage of life. A few things to know about Brightline: IN-NETWORK: We are in-network with many major health plans and employers (and if we’re out-of-network, we’ll help you request reimbursement). VIRTUAL: Live video visits are available M–F, 9am–5pm local time. LIVE SESSIONS: Coaching sessions are 30 minutes, therapy sessions are 55 minutes. MESSAGING: Message your coach anytime. EXPERTS: Our therapists and psychiatrists are licensed mental health experts. And our behavioral health coaches hold a master’s degree in a psychology-related field or a bachelor’s degree with a certification in coaching. Brightline is also the home of BrightLife Kids, a CalHOPE program by Brightline. No costs attached. No insurance required. No referrals needed. If you live in California, you have access to the BrightLife Kids program at no cost to you! This program is paid for by the State of California. It serves every family in California with kids ages 0–12 with virtual behavioral health coaching, 24/7 secure messaging, and an on-demand library of helpful articles and videos.
