The Lively app on your Android smartphone gives you access to the Lively® Urgent Response Team. In an emergency, tap the Urgent Response button you’ll be connected to a certified Urgent Response Agent who will get you the help you need no matter the situation. We’re highly trained in assisting you through situations where you may feel unsafe, aren’t sure who to call for help, or if you are experiencing a medical emergency. We will work with you, contact your family or friends if desired and stay on the line with you until help arrives. You can even speak to a nurse or board-certified doctor with our Nurse On-Call service anytime, day or night (Premium Health and Safety subscription required; no additional costs or copays or insurance needed). Emergencies will be transferred to a 911 call center, or members may be directed to call 911. ***For customers subscribed to Preferred and Premium Lively Services plans, the app uses the PROCESS_OUTGOING_CALLS permission to notify our agents and the users caregiver when a user calls 911 or Urgent Response, ensuring the user's care network is informed during a possible life safety event.
