Once the lockers have been installed in your building, follow these steps: Download the Citibox app. Register in the app. It will only take 3 minutes. When purchasing online, indicate your usual address and add (Delivery to Citibox locker) And... that's it! You can purchase online as before but without having to wait for the courier. How do I know that my package has arrived at the Citibox locker? We will notify you through the app indicating the locker number where your package is located. Once you are in front of the locker, enter the first character of the code next to the QR code. We will then provide you with a unique 4-digit code. Pick up your order and close the mailbox.
