Dietary & Lifestyle Choices & Recommendation According to Prakriti Everyone cannot eat the same thing as others. The Prakriti, they help in deciding the right dietary requirement for them. Patients have to modify their regular food intake if needed. In general, people with Vata Prakriti should take greasy, warm, and sweet substances. Pitta Prakriti individuals should take substantial, cold, sweet, bitter, and astringent. Food articles. These seasons are spring, summer, fall and winter. However, there are ample reasons why we should eat according to these four seasons, no matter where we live.
