Follow the instructions in the ordering process. 3. Select the mobile ticket as an option for your ticket. 4. Issue your SEPA direct debit mandate and complete your order. 5. You will then receive your access data for the VGC Ticket app by email. After you log in to the app for the first time, your tickets will automatically be loaded into the app every month.
