RESCHEDULE AND CANCEL SESSIONS AS NEEDED
You are free to cancel or reschedule your session as many times as you need, but this must be done at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. If some unforeseen circumstances arose and you were unable to do so within the specified period, you always have the opportunity to discuss rescheduling the session directly with your psychologist.
HOLD SESSIONS ONLINE FROM ANY DEVICE
We have our own video calling system integrated into the Mindly platform, so you can join a session through our mobile app or through a browser on your computer. All video calls are guaranteed to be secure and confidential.
