It helps people with breathing difficulties during sleep. Airway Gym is the result of years of research by specialists in this field. First app focused on toning the upper airway muscles. Airway Gym offers you a series of daily exercises to do with your smartphone. You can perform them at anytime you like, as an example you can do some exercises in the morning and do the remaining ones later in the day before going to bed.
