Existing Fidelity Bloom® customers may download and continue using the app. New customers may visit Fidelity.com or download the Fidelity® mobile app as enrollment for Fidelity Bloom has ended. University customers can download the app through the QR code supplied by their institution. Fidelity Bloom accounts are brokerage accounts covered by SIPC insurance. They are not bank accounts and therefore are not covered by FDIC insurance. The Fidelity Bloom app is free to download.
