What is SNPE? SNPE Correction Posture Spinal Exercise What Is S.N.P.E.? It means Self Nature Posture Exercise, which means an exercise to recover human natural posture by himself. Good posture is the basis of good health. Due to incorrect posture, many people in today’s society are suffering from cervical disc, intervertebral disc, shoulder pain, headaches, indigestion, stunted growth, scoliosis, and other diseases whose causes are unknown. However, they are not aware of why these symptoms come about, and what daily posture or exercise would help prevent and alleviate these pains. The SNPE Good Posture Exercise was invented to resolve just these problems. SNPE Good Posture Society is an organization that specializes in research and education for solutions to musculoskeletal illnesses, such as intervertebral disc, backaches, and neck- and shoulder-related pains.
