“Route” tracks automatically your daily journey to work and your stays. Take your smartphone with you and journeys, stays, times and distances will be logged automatically.

Diese App ermöglicht mobile Zeitbuchungen für das ERP System ProCoS.
Dafür wird ein entsprechendes ProCoS-Modul benötigt, bitte kontaktieren Sie bei Interesse den Vertrieb oder Ihren Projektleiter bei Blauhut & Partner.
Es steht ein Demo-Modus zur Verfügung, wenn Sie die App nur mal ansehen möchten.

ProCTime App bietet die Möglichkeit, über Smartphones oder Tablets die Arbeitszeiten zu erfassen und an die ProCoS-Systemdatenbank zu übertragen.
Die freigegebenen Aufträge und Arbeitsgänge werden von ProCoS übernommen.
Bis zum Tagesabschluss können die eingegebenen Daten noch lokal korrigiert werden.
Möglich sind die Buchungsarten Arbeit, Fahrzeit und Außendienst sowie die Eingabe gefahrener Kilometer. Durchgeführte Buchungen können an andere Mitarbeiter übertragen werden (Kolonnenbuchungen)
Die Erfassung der Arbeitszeiten ist auch offline möglich. Sobald die Verbindung zum Internet wieder aufgebaut ist, werden die Daten automatisch synchronisiert.
Die GPS-Koordinaten können bei jeder Buchung mit übertragen werden.
Sowohl die Arbeitszeitbuchungen sowie die Auftragsdaten werden nur zwischen dem Smartphone und Ihrer ProCoS-Datenbank synchronisiert. Es sind keine Cloud-Dienste dazwischen geschaltet. Lediglich die Lizenzverwaltung erfolgt über Blauhut und Partner Dienste.
In Ihrem Hause muss eine Internetverbindung mit fester IP und einem offenen Port zur Verfügung stehen.
