Due to the nature of the work being carried out, Viewbers need to have a basic disclosure and barring check (DBS) which has been issued within the last two years. Viewbers must also have access to their own transport (or public transport) and be familiar with their local area. No prior experience working within the property industry is required, but Viewbers must have excellent communication skills, be punctual, reliable, and feel comfortable working alone.
