Les voitures du réseau Citiz sont accessibles dans une centaine de villes en France, en libre-service 24h/24 et 7j/7. Une fois inscrit en agence ou via le site web Citiz, vous pouvez réserver un véhicule avec l’application mobile Citiz, à l’avance ou à la dernière minute, pour une heure, un jour ou plus. La flotte Citiz est composée de plusieurs catégories, qui vous permettent de choisir selon vos besoins : une citadine pour une petite course, une polyvalente pour enchaîner des rendez-vous professionnels, une familiale pour une escapade le week-end… Les voitures Citiz sont accessibles sur des emplacements réservés ou « stations Citiz » (pictos turquoises sur l’appli), sur lesquels il suffit de ramener le véhicule en fin de location. Les voitures Yea! disponible à Bordeaux, Grenoble, Lyon, Strasbourg et Toulouse (pictos rouges sur l’appli) ne nécessitent pas d’heure de fin de location, et peuvent être déposées sur n’importe quelle place autorisée en voirie, dans un vaste périmètre qui s’affiche sur l’appli. Selon la formule choisie, avec ou sans abonnement, les voitures Citiz sont accessibles à partir de 2 € par heure ou 20 € par jour + 0,37 € par kilomètre, carburant compris (tarifs TTC en vigueur au 01.09.2018 pour une citadine catégorie S). Les prix sont dégressifs pour les longues durées et distances (voir tarifs sur le site Citiz de votre ville). L’appli permet aux clients Citiz de choisir leur service local Citiz, d’afficher les stations d'autopartage et les voitures utilisables en temps réel. La réservation peut être effectuée via le plan interactif ou par une recherche multicritère, puis modifiée ou annulée via l’appli. L’ouverture des portes peut également se faire via l’appli avec un simple bouton. D’autres fonctionnalités de l’appli facilitent la vie de l’autopartageur au quotidien : simulateur de tarifs, historique des réservations, contact direct avec l’agence ou de l’assistance 24h/24… Citiz est une coopérative nationale, qui regroupe depuis 2002 les premières initiatives citoyennes de voitures partagées en France.
