InDigestion is an easy to use iOS app to generate in-silico digestions of proteins that are downloaded from the UniProt database. Based on user defined conditions, InDigestion will calculate a list of peptides, including their isotopic profile and fragmentation. Additionally, the app provides detailed information on each protein, including the complete sequence with features, a hydropathy plot, references, notes and more.
