The Tapping Through Breast Cancer App offers a transformative program designed specifically for women navigating the path of breast cancer. The ‘Reclaim me with EFT’ program is much like a road map that takes you from the edges of the cancer tornado, where overwhelm, anxiety and fear exist, to the eye of the storm, that place of calm, stillness and safety. There you can reclaim your identity and embrace the future with hope and purpose. Because there are already so many demands on your time and energy, we’ve been mindful of designing the Program so it’s easy to follow and can be done at your own pace in the privacy of your own home. You’ll embark on a 30Day, carefully considered journey to enhance your emotional well-being, reduce stress, and cultivate a sense of inner peace, through guided EFT sessions. The Program has been designed by Cheryl Smith, a qualified and experienced counsellor who has had her own experience of breast cancer. Cheryl now supports many women taking the breast cancer journey, and has recognised there are some common emotional and psychological experiences shared by each woman.
