Our brand new app is here, created with you in mind. Easier to use and easier on the eye, it’s got everything you need to live smart with Unite Students. Log in with your registered email and password, or activate your account via the app if you didn’t book via our website, to access easy living: • Check-in made simple: Choose your preferred arrival day and time for a fast, easy check-in and see what’s included in your accommodation so you can pack smart. • Get your property lowdown: Chat with your neighbours and stay up-to-date with the latest events and alerts from your property team. • Future flatmates chat: Get to know your flatmates before you check-in. • Get it fixed: Use the app to tell us if something needs fixing. Submit a request and we’ll send status updates to keep you in the loop. • No key? No drama: Don’t panic if you get locked out. Alert us via the app and we’ll be right with you. • Noise control: No need to worry about noise. Let us know if something’s regularly too loud and we’ll help sort it, anonymously. • Live updates and alerts: Important info straight to your inbox. Waiting for a parcel?
