This way we can truly optimise your health through training, nutrition, lifestyle and supplementation. Leon is a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Nutritionist and Corrective Exercise Specialist. He has competed in several International Bodybuilding competitions and loves learning about Biomechanics and how the human body moves. He also offers in-person training sessions. Clea is a Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Precision Nutrition Certified and a Certified Pre and Post Natal Coach.
