Speak into the mic about how you feel, what’s on your mind, or what you’re doing — AI will take care of the rest. It will detect your mood, make a note, check your calendar for current activities, identify relevant categories and people from your story, and analyze it all in charts.
MOOD CHARTS
Mood changes throughout the day, and FeelWell shows you these shifts along with their causes. Check the map to see where you felt joyful or anxious. Analyze the main factors impacting your mood on the category chart and understand how people affect you on the people chart.
COGNITIVE DISTORTIONS
Sometimes, we all make mountains out of molehills, but it’s helpful to catch and correct these thoughts, finding something positive in reality. If AI detects a cognitive distortion in your entry, FeelWell will offer a way to correct it.
