Poo Pal: Loo Trip Tracker vs you ... track Usage & Stats
Poo Pal is your friendly assistant to quickly and simply track your bowel motions/loo trips/regularity. Whatever you call it, this app keeps a simple log of it, which you can use to check see how your symptoms are changing through time or because you just like recording data!
You can view your data by time of day and see it aggregated daily, weekly, or monthly.
You can also see how details associated with each trip are changing through time.
And you're never locked in - you can freely and easily export your data at any time (in fact we recommend exporting to make a backup every week or so, just in case!)
All core functionality is included for free but if you'd like to support the app then go ahead and buy some accessories for your faithful Poo Pal.
