Whatever you call it, this app keeps a simple log of it, which you can use to check see how your symptoms are changing through time or because you just like recording data! You can view your data by time of day and see it aggregated daily, weekly, or monthly. You can also see how details associated with each trip are changing through time. And you're never locked in - you can freely and easily export your data at any time (in fact we recommend exporting to make a backup every week or so, just in case!) All core functionality is included for free but if you'd like to support the app then go ahead and buy some accessories for your faithful Poo Pal.

Poop is an app for logging your bowel movements. If you suffer from an inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) like Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis, it can be useful to track your bowl movements so that you can identify whether your treatment is working or if a flare-up of symptoms is starting. Using this app you can log your bowel movements, easily making note of their Bristol Stool Score, size, and whether or not there is any blood in the toilet bowl or on your toilet paper. You can also save a photo within the app if needed. All data is saved locally on your device and backed up to your iCloud account. Your data is private and cannot be accessed by anyone else. As you collect data, you can then view graphs of the frequency and type of bowel movements over time, enabling you to spot trends.
