L’application DAPT CHUV vous guide dans la prescription de la double antiagrégation plaquettaire (DAPT) la plus optimale pour vos patients selon les guidelines en vigueur au Centre hospitalier universitaire vaudois (CHUV), dans le domaine de la cardiologie.
Des recommandations quant à la prescription de la DAPT dans diverses situations cliniques sont exposées de manière interactive selon les caractéristiques de vos patients, ceci selon les dernières évidences issues de la littérature. Les articles et fondements scientifiques à l’origine de ces recommandations vous sont également présentés. De plus, des informations clés pour chaque médicament sont accessibles et le lien sur divers calculateurs de scores sont intégrés afin de faciliter la pratique quotidienne.
Les différentes situations cliniques abordées dans l’application sont les suivantes :

Cette application a été développée dans le cadre du travail de Master de deux étudiants en médecine de l’Université de Lausanne (Gabriel Heierli et Anthony Martignoni), sous la supervision du Dr. Stéphane Fournier, MD/PhD, PD MER, médecin associé, Service de cardiologie, CHUV. Cette application a pour but d’aider le prescripteur dans le contexte bien particulier des algorithmes en vigueur au CHUV (Lausanne, Suisse) mais la validité des recommandations dans tout autre contexte n’est pas garantie. Dans tous les cas, le prescripteur reste responsable de sa prescription, celle-ci devant suivre les recommandations des sociétés savantes (en l’occurrence la Société Européenne de Cardiologie) et respecter les indications reconnues par SwissMedic. Cette application n’est pas destinée aux patients ; dans le cas où un patient l’utilise, celui-ci doit demander l’avis à un médecin avant de prendre toute décision médicale.
