This app is a great way for residents to report issues in the community as soon as they are discovered utilizing a GPS locator to recognize your location and by a menu of predefined selected conditions to report to the city.
You can upload pictures or videos to accompany your request in addition to having the ability to track the issue from the time reported through resolution.

From reporting traffic signal malfunctions, potholes, downed trees, issued within Parks, residents can now alert the City when they see a problem with a few simple clicks from your mobile device. You can also send pictures, videos, specific descriptions and more – all valuable information needed to make sure that your concerns are addressed efficiently. A report will be sent directly to the appropriate city department, and you will receive real-time updates on the City’s progress in fixing the issue.
