How to correctly wear your FITTR HART Ring For best performance and accurate readings, we recommend wearing your HART Ring on the index finger of your non-dominant hand. Middle and ring fingers work too, if that’s what you prefer. Just make sure that the ring fits securely and comfortably around the base of your finger - not too loose, not too tight.
