Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Montana, a Division of Health Care Service Corporation, a Mutual Legal Reserve Company, an Independent Licensee of the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Montana has contracted with Luminare Health, Inc., an independent company, third-party administrator and host of the Blue Element portal, to provide benefit administration services for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Montana.
