Hola! My name is Marie Belle and I will love to share a little about myself and my transformative approach with you.
For most of my life I trained as an athlete and have been teaching psychology, yoga, and mindfulness since 2007. My athletic endeavors began when I was 12 years old and the gym is still a place I call home. I loved strength training and conditioning but did not have a full appreciation for my body and what it was capable of until I found yoga and embodiment.
Things took a turn in 2015 when I suffered from a traumatic back injury as a result of being over adjusted in a deep backbend. Forget about the zen and ease of yoga or the invigoration of intense conditioning at the gym, I couldn't even walk nor sleep without pain. Doctors and specialists were unsure if I would make a full recovery, but I was determined to prove them wrong. After years of hard work, intelligent training, and refining my yoga practices, I was fortunate enough to make a full recovery. I have been able to return to all physical activities and my yoga and strength training are stronger and more efficient than ever.
I have been a fitness model and teacher of teachers for over 16 years now and work with some of the biggest sporting brands in the world like lululemon, Patagonia, Omstars, and more. The knowledge I have gained through spending my life in the gym and in front of the camera is something that I am inspired to share with you today. I am the teacher and coach that transforms not only your body and mind, but empowers you to live and move into your full potential.
Move with Marie Belle is one of the most transformative programs that you can do for your body and helps you create lasting change from home (or from literally anywhere). My focus as a yoga teacher and fitness coach is to make the most of your practice and training by emphasizing alignment, self awareness, and intentional programming. I feel that there is not enough emphasis put on how effective and fulfilling your workouts can be with the right guidance and support.
My classes will leave you feeling strong, empowered, and present. I want the Move with Marie Belle community to set a new standard for how they approach their body, practice, and life. Whether you're wanting to feel healthier, happier, stronger, or sexier, Move with Marie Belle will help you make that happen.
