LHDC X vs Will Copps' Liminal @ Catholic Usage & Stats

Transitions—from stillness to movement, and from digital to physical realms—make up a large and underappreciated part of our daily lives. Will Copps explores and expands on these moments in his new spatial composition, Liminal, leveraging GPS to weave music into the rich historical environment and topography of Catholic University. Walk the campus and hear sounds change in line with your movement, framing the campus in a whole new way. The app pairs with an immersive, spatial audio/video exhibition in the Salve Regina Gallery, extending the reach of the gallery and its art across the entire campus. Students, faculty, and visitors can download the app and experience a gallery without walls that reframes our daily interaction with the spaces and their expression of beauty, interest, and contemplation.
