The LFT app was developed by certified personal trainer, Nicole Toppa, and is a health and fitness app for women. Get ready to feel motivated and have consistency with your workouts. You will gain strength, energy, confidence, and more happiness, as you reach your health and fitness goals.
Inside you’ll find hundreds of workouts designed for at home or the gym. Your choice of swipe through or full length follow along videos. Workouts include functional training, strength training, conditioning, and mobility/flexibility. There are workouts designed for all levels and abilities, whether you are just starting out or looking to take your fitness to the next level, Nicole has you covered.
Workouts & Programs:
- Stand alone workouts: use the search feature to choose what workout you’d like for the day. Option for a swipe through or on demand full length workout video.

- 12 week beginner program - swipe through style
- 4 week challenge - full follow along videos
- HIIT To Fit - Nicole’s first ever 12 week follow along program
- LFT Year: Progressive strength training program. A new program will be uploaded monthly, for a total of 12 months. An entire year of programming to follow. Swipe through style.
- Zoom vault: Access to Nicole’s live recorded zoom sessions during the pandemic. One hour follow along strength & HIIT style workouts. These are old recordings over zoom, guaranteed to challenge and push you to the next level.

BREATHE
I have collaborated with some Cool2beconscious breathwork practitioners who want to share their love and support for your journey. There are many guided breathing practices available from all the practitioners to give you a variety of loving masculine and feminine energy.
MEDITATE
The same practitioners have created the most relaxing guided meditation practices for you to feel into. Providing you with love, support and trust as you explore into your consciousness.
MOVE
The workout programs within the app provide complete workout explanations, movement tutorials and technique breakdowns. Certain exercises will have options to what equipment or regression you would like to do. I understand some gyms may not have a certain machine or piece of equipment and the importance to work within your strength and/or mobility.
EAT
I have created a 3 part nutrition course to teach you everything you need to know about food, gaining weight, metabolic adaptation, using myfitnesspal etc.. You also will have access to my macro calculator to work out exactly how many calories you need for your goals. The course will teach you exactly how to manage your own nutrition, the same way I would coaching you 1 on 1.
