ProtoFit: Workout & HIIT timer is the tool you need for time-based workouts. With its custom exercise parameters, ProtoFit is the most versatile workout timer suitable for any workout type, including tabata, HIIT, interval training or any other workout you can think of. And it can also help you track your workouts and activity to make sure you stick to your workout plan.
Create custom workouts by fine-tuning the duration of each exercise and rest time between sets and exercises, hit Start, and let the ProtoFit timer do its work. Using sound and visual guidance, it will automatically move from exercise to rest period and then to the next exercise, so you do not have to set a separate timer for each exercise manually. You can also save and edit your custom workouts in the app to avoid the hassle of creating them every time you want to exercise. Your saved workouts can then be shared with your training friends and imported to and saved in the app. After you finish a workout, it is automatically saved to the app’s Tracker where you can track your daily, weekly and monthly physical activity.
