The app provides a clear overview of various activity metrics and helps users understand their limits and how activity affects their health. Track · Get an overview of your activity level and how close you are to reaching your limits for different time intervals. · Set your own limits and choose if you want notifications when these are exceeded. · Experiment with different threshold values and see what works best for you.
