As a new mother on the platform, you will be assigned a highly trained midwife concierge who will walk you through your 12-month postpartum journey. She will be your first point of contact to coordinate all of your postpartum care.
UNLIMITED POSTPARTUM COACH PROFESSIONAL APPOINTMENTS
We take the guesswork out of getting the help you need. With Eden Berry, you can book lactation, sleep coaching, and midwife appointments directly on our app and often get same-day appointments.
DAILY TRACKERS FOR MAMA MOOD, SLEEP, FEEDING, AND DIAPER
The Eden Berry app is a one-stop shop for new mothers. We provide separate trackers for baby sleeping, feeding (whether nursing or bottle feeding), and diaper type. Additionally, our platform provides roll-up reporting so that you have a complete picture of how your new baby is progressing. We also allow new mothers to track their mood to help indicate whether or not a perinatal mental health assessment is recommended. If so, Eden Berry will actually pay for your first visit and provide a referral!
GUIDES AND COURSES
In addition to daily guides that are relevant to your prenatal or postpartum journey, we provide several long form guides to help you journey through relevant courses that will prepare you for your postpartum journey.
MEAL PREP ASSISTANCE
We have meal prep programs no matter what your goals are. Included in your postpartum concierge package are prenatal meal prep programs and staged postpartum eating plans that you can customize based on your dietary preferences, goals, and lifestyle.
PRENATAL AND POSTPARTUM EXERCISE
We provide a number of prenatal and postpartum exercise programs right within our app that you can use to achieve your fitness and wellness goals.
SUPPLEMENTATION
We send you samples of postpartum supplementation that we believe are ideal to helping you recover faster. These products are also included in your subscription at no additional cost.

Because of the high level of personal attention each mother receives on the platform, we do not offer a trial period or a free version of the app. Eden Berry’s app is reserved for paying clients. How It Works:
1) Search by "Expert Type" such as a Lactation Consultant, Doula (Childbirth Doula or Postpartum Doula), or Sleep Consultant
2) Tailor your search results to your specific needs. You can find experts that are available Now (On-Demand), sometime Today, or Soon (loads all search results). There are also numerous filters to help narrow down your choices, such as our "Inclusivity" filters that help improve maternal healthcare results for BIPOC and LGBTQ+ people. We also have a "Languages" filter (with 25 options) if you'd prefer to speak with an expert in a language other than English.
3) Review In-Depth Profiles of experts by scanning their experience, working style, ratings & reviews, and prices to find the best fit for you
4) Make An Appointment or if completing an "On-Demand" call, we'll place you into the Waiting Room after "prep" finishes
5) Prepare for Telehealth Call: Fill out the "Client Intake Forms" in advance and find a well-lit, comfortable place with a strong wifi signal
6) Create "Care Plan" Together: Your expert will help you create a "Care Plan" and troubleshoot any issues you might be having

Under the Affordable Care Act, lactation support is now free of charge for most commercial insurance plans without any co-pays, co-insurance, or deductibles.
If you wish to submit a reimbursement claim with your health insurer, make sure to work with a Lactation Consultant that holds the IBCLC (International Board Certified Lactation Consultant) certification as most health insurers will only reimburse claims when working with this type of lactation professional. Ask the IBCLC if they will give you a "Superbill" that you can submit to your health insurer as proof of your consultation.
