Welcome to the redesigned Ziply Fiber App! Our aim is to help you easily self-service and manage your account or get help anywhere, any time - with just a few taps. *You can also access the same services via a browser at http://ziplyfiber.com/myaccount/login   The App allows you a growing set of options for self-service, including: • View & pay bill • Set up/manage automatic payments • Compare past bills • Appointments/Service: View, reschedule or cancel • View pending orders and track progress • Upgrade service speed without a phone call (and, in some cases, without new equipment) • Chat with live agents • Update profile information, add users, or link additional Ziply Fiber service accounts • See top troubleshooting solutions • Get notified when Fiber is available at your address   *Coming soon: self-service troubleshooting tools and live outage notifications   As always, we appreciate your feedback and do read these reviews to fuel future roadmap items.
