JansApp vs OneFit Usage & Stats

Met JansApp kun je gemakkelijk, snel en in een beveiligde omgeving chatten met onze praktijk. Je kunt bij JansApp terecht met al je vragen, zowel medisch als administratief. JansApp is alleen toegankelijk als je als patiënt ingeschreven staat bij Jans Huisartsen. We streven ernaar om digitale consulten binnen 60 minuten te beantwoorden. Mocht dat nodig zijn, kun je via JansApp ook een fysieke afspraak inplannen in de praktijk. De informatie die je deelt via JansApp wordt uiteraard geheel vertrouwelijk behandeld. De app voldoet aan alle Nederlandse en Europese eisen met betrekking tot het beschermen van persoonsgegevens. Met je 5-cijferige persoonlijke pincode log je in bij de app, zodat alleen jij bij je gegevens kunt. Ook is de chat beveiligd met end-to-end encryptie. Dat betekent dat chats versleuteld worden verzonden.
