From a choice of appointments with GP’s or Advanced Clinical Practitioner for advice, prescriptions, tests or eligible referrals, AXA Doctor at Hand takes care of things seamlessly. When asked for an activation code, activate using your AXA Health membership number if you have one (found on your AXA Health membership documentation) or, if you don’t have an AXA Health membership number, use the activation code emailed to you by Doctor Care Anywhere.
