While many apps offer detailed management of every gram consumed and track macros and nutrients, they tend to become cumbersome over time. I wanted to develop a simple app that allows for rough calorie notes, understanding of balance, and long-term analysis with weight trends.
During development, the idea to make the daily balance visible at any given moment was conceived. Starting the day in a caloric deficit strengthens the resolve to maintain it, helping to prevent overeating.

An app that allows you to record, manage, and analyze your daily protein(P) intake, fat(F) intake and carbohydrate(C) intake.
The operation is very simple!
Just open the app, enter the food you ate and its PFC amount, and tap the save button.
By registering the food name and PFC amount in the “Favorite List," you can easily select them from the list for future entry.
On the "Analysis" screen, you can view your weekly and monthly PFC intake through charts, which is useful when reviewing your diet and eating habits.
Even if you happen to forget to record your intake, you can add past data from the "History" screen, so there's no need to worry.
