CalTrack: Simple Calorie Log vs Calorie-Log Usage & Stats

A simple calorie-tracking app. Record your consumed and burned calories to manage your calorie balance with ease. Graphs clearly display whether you're currently in a caloric surplus or deficit. You can also manage your body composition, allowing for a comparative analysis of calorie balance and weight trends over time. *** Perfect for those who *** - Want to simply input calories and body composition for calorie management and recording diets - Wish to manage calorie balance for weight loss - Are looking to boost motivation with graphical insights - Have grown tired of meticulous calorie management *** Features *** - Log calories for each meal or exercise-induced calorie expenditure - Instantly see if you're under or over your daily calorie budget - Copy from past records for convenience - Analytical graph features - View past history - Customize the main color scheme *** Developer's Motivation *** While many apps offer detailed management of every gram consumed and track macros and nutrients, they tend to become cumbersome over time. I wanted to develop a simple app that allows for rough calorie notes, understanding of balance, and long-term analysis with weight trends. During development, the idea to make the daily balance visible at any given moment was conceived. Starting the day in a caloric deficit strengthens the resolve to maintain it, helping to prevent overeating. The aim is to keep it simple, without adding complex or dense features, so if you share this sentiment, please give it a try."

On the "History" screen, the food name and calorie content for the date selected in the calendar are displayed. You can modify the data by double-tapping the data. You can add data that you forgot to record by clicking the "Add" button. The Analysis screen shows graphs of your weekly, monthly, and yearly calorie intake.
