FOCUS ON WHAT TO DO NEXT
• Decide your next action: Write down the first step you can do towards a desired outcome, e.g. put "search flight to Paris" on the list "online".
• Jump to the task list of your current context by typing the initials, e.g. "o" for "online".
• Pick what to do next, by seeing only actionable and relevant tasks.
