- Click if the machine is Operational Yes or No (Allows Prioritizing down equipment)
- Describe Issue as best as possible to inform your service supplier
- Take photos of issue to show the issue (photos become data for future analytics)
- Hit Send and the request is immediately at the service supplier with the right info
- Pre-dispatch planning is now possible to plan parts and technical expertise
- 45 Seconds or less the above is complete by the requester and immediately actionable

Reporting an issue in the City of Sarasota just became easier.
The City has created an app you can download to report problems such as potholes, broken sidewalks, tree limbs down, parking meters, and many more. City departments receiving the submissions include: Public Works, Parks & Rec, Utilities, Risk Management, Homeless, Parking, and Code Compliance. Users can also add photos and the physical location of the issue to assist staff.
The app forwards your submission to the appropriate departments where, during normal working hours, they will take care of the requests. Users will receive email updates and/or can return to the site to check the status of submitted issues. When the issue is resolved, it will be closed.
