You can use Forged to track whatever goals or challenges you like. This is because you get the specify them! Not only that, but customise the number of days to your liking. Each day has a log wheee you can input weight, photo, and notes about the day. This allows you to look back with context and see how far you’ve come! If you want to add more challenges or start again, that functionality is there also! You could use this app to replicate 75 hard, 30 hard, or simply remind you to take your pills or drink more water.. the choice is yours!
