The Buzzer App is part of UNESCO's Our Rights, Our Lives, Our Future (O3 PLUS) project and Traders Mark. The O3 Plus project seeks to ensure that young people in higher and tertiary education institutions in the East and Southern Africa region realize positive health, education, and gender equality outcomes through sustained reductions in new HIV infections, unintended pregnancy, and gender-based violence. This app aims to empower Namibian tertiary students with a tool to access information about sexual and reproductive health, professional counselling and peer counselling services. The Centre for Coordination of Agricultural Research for Southern Africa (CCARDESA) Mobile Learning App is tool designed to assist agricultural extension workers to learn more about climate change and agriculture in the Southern African Development Community (SADC) region. The CCARDESA app provides the following interactive features: LEARN - Find Technical Briefs on a variety of CSA and related subjects, as well as other knowledge resources and Knowledge Products QUIZ - Take one of the quizzes to help you broaden your understanding of the key CSA themes. DISCUSS - Take part in the online discussion forum. PEOPLE - Find and connect with other stakeholders in the region in the People Directory. Some features only function when connected to the Internet, such as the Discussion. Connecting with other stakeholders also functions what connected to the Internet; however your existing directory will remain available.
