If you are the highest bidder at the end of the auction you will purchase the item at bid price minus the discount. For Example: Bidder "A" places a bid at $150 and receives a discount of 10% off for a total purchase price of $135 Bidder "B" places a bid at $160 and recieves a discount of 20% off for a total purchase price of $128 The Winner will be Bidder "B" because the original bid was the highest.
