Almost any serious musician will tell you that one skill is of utmost importance. It's the ability to sightread sheet music. Having a good sightreading foundation helps you learn and master a new piece of music a lot faster.
This app provides a good way to practice your sightreading skills. You play on your real piano or keyboard instead of touching a soft-keyboard on the screen. The app shows you the notes required and is able to detect the keys you hit on a real instrument. Pretty much like the traditional flash card, but now becomes fully automated.
One important feature you won't find in other similar apps is that our app supports all 11 (+2 identical F# and Gb) keys, which is crucial for advanced music learners. All keys are available: C, G, D, A, E, B, F#, F, Bb, Eb, Ab, Db, Gb. In other words, it is even able to detect if you get the semitone (sharp or flat) right. Accidentals are also supported (Double-sharp, double-flat, natural).

You can learn and practice the 15 major and minor keys that are commonly used in violin music, such as C Major, G Major, D Major, A Major, A Minor, C Minor, and more.
‣ 3 Learning modes:
- Piano Major Scales: This mode shows you the fingerboard chart. You can also tap on the keys on the screen to hear the sound of each note.
- Piano Fingering Charts: This mode shows you finger numbers to help you learn the correct fingering for each key.
- Sight Reading Mini-Game: This mode tests your knowledge of finger patterns and notes on a pentatonic scale. You have to select the right note on the screen. You can also pick up the suitable note range
